Shipping/Delivery Options

It is our policy to ship orders as quickly as possible whether placed online or by other means. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Fridays may not get processed until the following Monday.

If you order something online that we do not have in stock, and can not ship it immediately, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Items ordered Next Day Air on a Friday means Monday delivery. 2nd day air on Thursday means Monday delivery.

All times are PST.

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping charges are calculated as you check out.  An additional cost will be applied to shipments to Canada for air shipment.  You will be notified of this cost via.  Please call our mail order department at (800) 251-8996 if you have any questions.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

We normally ship using standard UPS ground overland 5-day delivery schedules. Priority or Overnight shipments options are available.

We only ship to the United States and Canada, sorry no international shipping.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency.  All weights are stated in US measurements (one US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

Return Policy
  • Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
  • Due to health regulations, there are no returns on bulk bin and bulk herb items
  • No returns on books
  • No returns on Ready Clean, Muscle Tech and Chen Li products
  • Juicers must be returned within 5 days of the purchase date and have a 20% restock fee.
